Jiaogulan has been very well documented as one of the most powerful antioxidants on earth. I take this as part of my daily regimen to control free radical cell growth and lower my blood pressure. It does not in itself offer complete relief for high level hypertension, but it does bring it down a couple points. I add this with Organic Kyolic BP 109, Mercola L-Arginine, QoQ10, Gaia Olive Leaf Extract, Oil of Oregano and Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar for maximum results. I am happy to report that I no longer need my blood pressure meds and my blood pressure is at 117/75. It used to be 145/100. Great energy boost!

This has helped me maintain my weight. It stabilized me. Also made my ears warm. It was neat let me know its working. Normally I can 3-6lbs with every meal no matter what I eat or do. This has helped me maintain a stable weight for the first time in my life. Its just not quite strong enough I had to take three at least to notice benefits.

I take 3 a day, but have noticed over several weeks that the fat around my abdomen is decreasing. Works better than ActivAMP, which I also tried for several weeks. Highly recommend but you should not expect it to work overnight. And, of course including a healthy diet and exercise only helps.
