Buy this!
Needed a quick reusable ice pack for post shoulder replacement. I got the large as it drops over the shoulder and top of the arm. Easy on and off. Stays cold 30 to 45 minuted. Is a nice cold. I put it over a cotton shirt and it's not so freezing cold I need a towel too. Refreeze very quickly. It's heavy so it stays in place. A foam type material. No weird odors. I balked at the price but I'm glad I got it. Best ice pack I've ever bought. Comes with a zip lock bag for freezer.

For RELIEF!
Excellent choice! Flexible enough to place on just about any body part. It’s very comfortable and consistently lies smoothly on the body. No lumps from icy chunks or seams in fabric. Gets as cold as you could want it and maintains temperature for extended time. I will be ordering these for gifts to friends who work out or play sports or have little ones with boo-boos! Thinking birthdays, Christmas, surgeries etc

Cool hug of comfort
I love the weight and flexibility of this gel pack. Liked it so much I had to purchase a 2nd. I had TKR. Wrapping this around my knee felt so much better than the standard ice machine wrap I was sent home with. Plus, the size is large enough I was able to angle a portion of it on the thigh bruise caused by the tournique. Sometimes I place it specifically on the tournique bruise. Tip: I return it to the freezer with a pillowcase enclosed in the bag. I use the pillow case as a layer between skin and gel pack if needed. Initially it seems cooler than the ice machine. After 20 minutes, I flip it over and get some more coolness out of it. Added benefit. My Golden Retriever likes to rest his head on it. Giving himself access to coolness and attention.

Easy to wear, effective treatment
Size provides ample coverage for shoulder and back applications. Included bag is convenient for keeping sleeve protected while in the freezer. Effective at treating aches and pains, easy to wear and stays in place. Stays cold for enough time to feel the difference in the treatment.

Super effective
- .5 star for it being almost too heavy to lay on my shoulder after a significant clavicle break +.5 star for the owner sharing my last name (not related) This product just makes sense. The large surface area covers complete muscle groups and cools them quickly. Heating in microwave is effective too. Good job.
