OH MY GOSH BEST POTTY CHAIR EVER!!!!!!!!
OH MY GOSH THIS IS THE BEST POTTY CHAIR EVER!!!!!!!! It's so well designed for ergonomics. It has a nice rounded back to it for comfort. The insert that comes out to dump urine/stool has a little click-in that secures it so little hands don't easily lift it but it's not difficult for an adult to lift off at all. The multi use of it is awesome as well since it can be a potty chair, toilet trainer (haven't tried this yet), and a step stool (haven't used it for this either). The step stool would be very sturdy and has a good size base so your little one won't fall off. The best part though, which is the whole reason I purchased this (and scoured the internet for something like this) is the urine-guard, which is a soft rubber/silicone feel that has give to it so it can't hurt little one. Oh my gosh this is the best one though, it has full coverage for little boys who can't/don't know how to hold down their private yet. NO MESSES! I don't always go out of my way to write a review, but this one deserved it. I could not find another stand alone potty chair out there that had this good of a urine-guard. I don't know what other potty chairs makers are thinking but little boys make messes, and can't quite control their pee's yet, other guards are so low or just straight up with no "hood" like this one. To me this is a no-brainer. I had a standard Target potty chair that has a regular low straight up urine-guard first and he's made messes with it so I wanted something better. This one- no messes. So this has become our main floor potty that we use all day, and the Target one is for upstairs morning and bedtime only so it's used less. If I could have 2 of these though I would. Just don't like wasting. This is a nice-looking, easy to clean, functional, ergonomic potty chair that would be good for boys or girls (the guard can be turned down if not needed). The only thing that could make it better is if it had a second handle on the upper white part of the potty chair as the handle down below in the gray base makes it more difficult to carry and turns it sideways instead of keeping it vertical which I'd prefer. I think it should have both though because then in step stool mode you still have a carry handle if you need to move it. But it's still amazing. Thank you so much Contours - Bravo for making this simple solution potty chair!! It really is the best out there.

Worth the money and was great for daughter and twin boys!
This is a fantastic little potty! I was able to remove the splash guard for my daughter so it makes it easier for her to use. I also bought her the highly rated duck potty but the encouraging sounds scare her. She will happily sit on the contours potty...thank goodness! :) We haven't tried it as a step etc. As a potty it is very stable. I especially like that I don't have to remove potty parts to dump the waste. Easy clean up. Getting another one for the other bathroom! Well worth the money.I had to write an update as I am now using this potty for my twin boys and again it is the best!! The splash guard is soft and large so it really prevents a mess! The large seat base makes it comfortable for them to sit on. It is very stable and doesn't slide back over time when they sit in it over and over again. They were really uncomfortable on the baby bjorn but we have that too. I used the seats for my daughter and she was in the 98% for height. My twins are in the 5% and they use it too. I just taught the boys to get off the Contours by putting a leg over the side of the splash guard and then standing. They can do it no problem after one week of potty training. The baby bjorn splash guard just wasn't working for us and I was tired of cleaning up.As an aside, I had kept the Contours potty seats from when my daughter used them. I was able to order replacement splash guards for the potty seat online for $5.My husband used one contours potty chair in his SUV for potty emergencies. Too large for a car but worked for his SUV. I wouldn't recommend it as a portable potty seat but he liked how sturdy it was. I still haven't used the step stool. I checked it out when we first bought it and it was pretty cool. Still using it as a potty chair this many years later and it looks like new. So glad I spent the extra money on this one!

Best boys potty on the market!
I’m going on potty training my 3rd boy and this is by far the best potty training toilet available. No extra bella or whistles but the little blocker and comfortable seat made potty training easier, with less mess and no tears. The design and materials are easy for clean ups while the light weight allows for easy travel and on the go! The best part is the bottom comes off and can be used later as a step stool for the littles. Solid and durable. This is must have for every boy mommy!

Great potty for boys.
This potty was a bit on the pricey side, IMO, but I have to admit that we love it.I previously bought a different potty that has a cute lid and plays music when used. My son is big for a 3 y/o and this other potty had a small opening and small, ineffective pee guard. After reading tons of reviews, I decided to spend the extra money and cross my fingers.First off, I like the sleek and simple design of this potty chair. It's nice looking but doesn't look like a toy. My son can't pull it apart and play with the pieces like the old one.The opening is a somewhat elongated oval shape, which is good for toddlers who may be a little bigger for their age. I love that the silicone pee guard is removable for easy washing. It's tall enough to cup my son's boy parts and prevent mishaps when he pees. It's easily removed or folds back for girls. They must have improved the design since some of these reviewers complained that the bowl accidentally lifts up and pinches when kids sit back down. This hasn't happened with ours ever. The bowl securely snaps into place and removing it for cleaning just takes a very light tug. Also, that little hole underneath the removable bowl is no longer there.I can't speak for how well it works when placed over a regular toilet, since we're not there yet, but I imagine it's a little short for an elongated toilet, which is what we have, but still doable.
