I use this stuff for my homemade granola and it is delish. they bake very nicely in the oven and add a great taste and texture to the granola. It's great for toppings on yogurt with fruit. It doesn't taste salty and I plan to continue buying it when I make my granola. 1 pack makes 6 full batches of granola.

Gotta have my seeds and I get 7-in-1 with these. These out of the shell seeds are a yummy healthy snack, crunchy lightly salty combo of Pumpkin, Watermelon, Sunflower seeds, Flax seeds, Sesame seeds, Soy nuts, Chia seeds, Natural Soy lecithin. These seeds are slightly roasted to give an extra crunch for your snack moods. A little pricey, but delicious, nutritious, and almost no Carbs! Great packaging with zip top closure. Will definitely order again!
