BLUElight SAD Light Personal USE (VAT Exempt) Blue Light

SAD Solutions BLUElight SAD Light - excellent. Seems well made, Clear instructions. Useful having the battery option as a fall back or to use when there is no convenient power outlet but this is best thought of as a mains unit. It is light easily carried in a decent case that will take the unit and all associated bits including the instruction booklet. Bright blue light, if it is too bright there is a simple control to lower it - you will of course then have to use it for a longer period of time.

I've used this most days now for about an hour each time. I feel that I have more energy after I've used it and I think it's been beneficial for me.The size was a big bonus for me as I'm able to take it to and from work as I need to and it still doesn't require you to sit in front of it for hours on end.I'm happy so far with the product and I would recommend it!

After only a few weeks the unit barely holds enough charge for a single 10 minute session. Given how quickly the battery is deteriorating I don’t expect the unit to be useable after a couple more weeks. Would definitely not recommend.., it will have been a complete waste of money.

Purchased this autumn 2017 and immediately the battery life was poor, but the company advised that i was getting what i should be. Used over Autumn and winter last year, then put away until October this year. The battery life has now worsened considerably and I can just about get 75mins of light treatment. Also, I'm needing to use it for this long too, which is far longer than expected and far longer than my first SAD light box (philips GoLite) which i used for around 30+ minutes treatment period. Having checked the manual the battery cannot be replaced as the whole unit is junked when it has gone past it's useful life .... which will be soon. This was half the price and certainly imo I'm getting only half the SAD light treatment. I will look to replace with a different brand and i wouldn't recommend.

gimmicky, expensive, buy decent daylight bulbs for your home insteadmight be ok for travel, but stand leaves a lot to be desired

Works brilliantly. Given to elderly mother as she's low on darker days/seasons. Can easily be set up on a timer system so all she needs to do is turn it on and gets exactly what she needs. Charged for long periods of time. Easy to transport as so small and light. Amazingly powerful for its size. Recommended to friends.

Excellent size and brightness. Perfect for traveling. Wish the charge would last longer though

Great device, *very* bright (adjustable) blue light. Noticeable difference in tiredness levels (reducing) within a couple of days. Both mains and rechargable battery makes it very versatile about the house/work etc.Would recommend this to anyone who suffers from SAD or degrees of tiredness during the day during the winter months.It is quite expensive, but for me, it was definitely worth it!
