What's the difference between the Classic, Elite and Jr. Buddies?
The Body Back Buddy Elite is new in 2020 . It is made with our new higher strength fiber infused material and comes with 4 molded, textured grips and 11 numbered knobs that you can match to your specific body parts as shown in the user guide and poster. The Body Back Buddy Classic is made from the same new material, has 11 knobs without the numbers and does not have the 4 molded grips.

The Body Back Buddy Jr. is more compact and portable than the Elite and Classic versions although it will certainly work for larger body types too.

Thanks for taking the ite to reach out to us. Unfortunately, after a bit of research, I was not able to find a weight for GoFits Muscle Hook. What I can tell you is that our product weights 1.25 lbs.
