Bought for a bridal shower gift
Seems to be a perfectly complete kit - I peeked before wrapping it up for a bridal shower gift. I liked the idea for a shower gift where I wasn't sure what to get. This way, they can use it up in whatever cooking they want & then it'll be gone - as opposed to a random gift that they don't love sitting around their home forever. The herb scissors is a fun addition too. I did not add pots, but if I had wanted to tack on something extra, that would have gone well with it.

No permanent pots only biodegradable peat pots
Comes with everything you need to start growing but only has peat pots which will biodegrade eventually, does not have any permanent pots or saucers for water. My kit had all the seeds listed on the box hut the instructions were missingnone and had it replaced with Dill which was not in the kit. The instructions also interchange cilantro and coriander in the instructions and seed bags which can be confusing. Overall good herb starter kit but you will need to have your own pots to transfer into

A must have for an herb garden
This is a great kit! It comes with everything you need to start an herb garden. It’s really a complete kit. We bought it for a gift for myMom and she loves it. The trimming shears are unbelievable quality.

Easy directions
Love the additional scissors. The materials are all clearly labeled with easy to follow directions. I learned that coriander is cilantro, if anyone is wondering.

cute little starter kit!
I bought this as a gift for Christmas. Everything was in the box and it arrived quickly and undamaged. As far as whether or not anything will grow, I cannot say as of yet. Looked fun for someone to get an herb garden started!

Pots
I liked the product but looking at the pots I decided I wanted clay pots. I thought they would last longer. The pots that it came with are peat pots.

Gets Moldy almost immediately
The "pots" that you use for this are basically wet paper and they get moldy really quickly- even before the seeds really sprout. Gross.
