What is the psi rating on these disconnects? I'm using it at 100psi and the internal o-ring keeps popping out.

Not sure what your application is but that is too high a pressure and could be dangerous. Carbonation of beer takes place at 30-40 psi max and typically serving pressure is 8-10 psi depending on the style/length of run.
