**1/26/23 Follow-Up**Washing machine still running flawlessly. We clean the tub once a month and have a dog that sheds(pug), and the wash is as good as it was on day 1. Definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking for reliability.**Original Review**We saved loads of money(pun intended) by purchasing this through this seller on Amazon. Not only was it much cheaper for the Washing Machine itself, but the extended warranty was 25% of the cost of what we would have paid through a major local retailer(Home Depot).The shipment stated 4-6 weeks delivery and we received it in 2 weeks(From NJ to Las Vegas NV). No scratches, dents, and the delivery company even carried it upstairs next to our washroom(we did not pay for installation).All in all this was a great experience and we love the performance of the unit so far. It is quiet compared to other Front-Loaders I have used, and the stain removal is hands down the best I've seen. Would purchase again .

The item arrived damage!!

I have bought the machine and shipped it to Barbados, the electrical supply is 50 cycle and the machine requires a 60 cycle outlet. so I've not been able to used the machine. Can anyone suggest a transformer that will work in my country.

Washer lives up to the reviews of being near the best at washing and user convenience. No surprises unpacking it and setting it up. Easy to use.

Not a fan of having to keep the door open and wipe out the rubber gasket after each use, I also worry about how wet the detergent loading compartment stays if it's not dried out. No mold problems yet but I keep it pretty dry after I use it and keep the door open. Time will tell I guess.I love the variety of features and settings, and after just one month of use the water savings is already stark vs my top loader. My water bill was down $15 from the previous month, and almost all other water use in my house stayed the same. Pretty big difference right there, I noticed right away how my old top loader would FILL my wash sink when draining, however this only spits out about 6 inches of water into the sink. Pretty huge difference. Seems to do a nice job cleaning my clothes, overall I'm happy with this washer and feel comfortable in my purchase based on the top ratings from many other sites.

We are coming up on our 1 yr mark with these 627 washer/dryer series units. The washer just randomly decides it is switching to the cleaning cycle and then is stuck there waiting for user input. We have had a service tech out twice to figure this out and replaced different parts. They are scheduled next week again to try something else.The dryer will wake up with a chime noise very randomly, but usually very early in the morning sometime between midnight and 6am. Again, we've replaced parts with one more round next week. The dryer also started making a loud whining noise recently.I have reached out to Electrolux multiple times via their website (no response EVER!) or called several numbers trying to reach the appropriate people. If you don't get the "We are experiencing very high call volume at this time and your call cannot be connected...goodbye" then you wait on hold for more than an hour. Perhaps this is by design?!?!? We have less than a month left of warranty, so if they keep dragging their feet then the repairs are on my tab.We decided to spend a little extra on this set of laundry equipment in the hopes of not buying junk, but I am here to tell you that it hasn't been worth it. These do the job as you'd expect when they are working, but we've had far too much trouble and I doubt I'll ever buy Electrolux again.

Bought this washer 2 years ago. The main bearing on the tub is already going.Owned LG and Samsung and the bearings went out in 5 years and I thought that was bad.Bought this due to good ratings. Not good for longevity or reliability.
