I called about this product and was told I would get a full refund and could keep the parts.They were not the right size, one was completely frozen and would not bend . I paid 260 to a worker who spent hours trying very hard to repair my attic stairs.

The joints are VERY tight and difficult to move. Install was easy enough, but the curve on the spring bar is different than the original and prevents the door from completely closing.
