Great Product. Exactly as expected.

Standard hardware, nicely finished. No defects found. Good price, delivered quickly.

Color is nice, until is rust. Screws held well. Unfortunately they were outside 1 over night and rust appeared the next day. Disappointing. If your not planning to have them around humidity of any sort they might be fine. Took all 30 of them I used off and replaced with brass.

“Chicago” Screw Post Binders 30mm, 50 ct. Nice antique brass (“bronze”) finish. These will bind handmade photo albums or scrapbooks easily. Buying in bulk like this is so economical compared to little packets from chain hobby store, and I can share them out with other craftsmen in my circle. Nice to know they come in MANY sizes, too. Great find!

They work great for small projects, but for bigger projects, you would best to buy or use another product. You cannot compress or tighten with this product because the reverse side has no means of tightening. MAKE NO MISTAKE, THESE ARE A GREAT PRODUCT FOR binding books and artsy projects…. You cannot use for construction projects as they are time consuming to use. They are a great product for paperwork and light folders, yet they are strong and will probably hold up for other projects.

I needed 12 of these binding screws for a project. I ordered a package of 50 so that I would have some in reserve for future projects. I am glad I ordered the extras because the threading on the posts was poor. I could only assemble 33 sets. I might be able to force some of the rest of them, but one doesn't want to apply force to a project that is supposed to look neat. You can't exactly use a screw gun on something that is to be filed in a formal proceeding. The package also had three very small screws that obviously were made for a different product.
