It's a no-frills vibration plate that is easy to use and does the job well. I have only used one other vibration plate and comparatively the vibrations on this one seem stronger. It's not as big as it shows in the picture but it's the standard size with plenty of space for an adult to stand and even do basic exercises like leg lifts. It's also a surprisingly sturdy unit for the price. Haven't really used the remote but its a good accessory to have. Overall, very happy with the purchase. Would recommend.

I picked up this vibration plate exercise machine to help with drainage and full-body workouts at home. It has become one of my favorite pieces of cool down equipment. I noticed that using it felt almost identical to a full body machine from my local fitness gym. It had the same vibration and multiple speed settings. It did not have the same settings as this machine has more settings. The moment that I stepped on it, I noticed that it had a sturdy build and felt quality. It easy fits both my feet comfortably. Its after workout effects has been noticeable and have helped me recover faster and "cleaner." It has become a staple in that it is easy to use while I watch TV or listen to a mediation on my phone. I am not sure if it will help with weight loss, but it does leave me feeling better afterwards.

It’s so nice, easy to use, doesn’t hurt my feet, the vibration has different settings and it’s so small I would for sure buy this again! It’s not that loud but it’s a vibration plate so it’s gonna make noise.

1 star because I never used it. Opened box, remote didn't work after I put batteries in. Tried to put plug into unit, plastic flimsy, plug wouldn't stay stable to power the machine. Figure that bending over and holding it in place for it to work kind of negates using the machine. Returned to UPS store immediately next morning to go back to Amazon.

This vibration plate is much smaller than it looks. I have had a couple that were the same price (just ordered one, because this one will be returned), but larger and better quality. Remote is very flimsy and looks like a child’s toy. The vibration is adequate, but due to the small size, you are very limited to foot placement. Where you place your feet, determines the strength of vibration that you feel. This one will be returned next week when the larger one arrives.

The vibration platform is powerful yet quiet, and very easy to use. I love the remote control and resistance bands—it makes workouts more effective. Feels sturdy and well-built.

I’ve been using it for a week now and I love it. I started with a very easy level, now I’m just getting used to that. It’s not noisy at all. Very sturdy and actually heavy. It’s not so easy to move it but it means it’s nice and sturdy! Will keep doing my exercises! Recommend!

It gets the job done. For some reason mine makes a lot of noise. The first time I used it, there was no noise, if if I disperse my weight to only one side of the machine, there is no noise. So either it’s a faulty one or it’s just loud. I don’t think I would buy it if I knew all of them came this loud- it’s not enjoyable to listen to lol. There’s a 20 min timer and you can adjust the speed of the shake. It’s good.
