The flavor can be thin, so I usually use two packets in stead of one
Using these for hydration changed my Ramadhaan fast. It made it easier to maintain my level of activity and fitness, while observing my fast!!!

Gross and gritty
purchased the passion fruit flavor and absolutely hated it. It does not dissolve into water the way liquid iv does, and remains gritty. Attempted to return, but that is not an option now that it has been opened. I will be discarding the rest of rest of these because I cannot stomach the taste. I will be switching back to Liquid IV.

You have to use 2x’s the amount of other products
You have to use two packets for a whole bottle of water. Taste is kinda sour. Not the best.

Stop the headaches stay hydrated
I bought this for my friend as he was forever dehydrated. It works! The flavor can be improved. It does have water consistency no texture to it which is great. It’s well priced compared to others.
