It appears to match OEM the manifold. It bolts up and everything lines up. It comes with gaskets and bolts to mount up the cat. It looks to be well made. Only time will tell if it will crack.

Common Issue in Equinox’s and Terrains. Great oric
Great manifold. Feels well constructed and bolted right up. Equinox’s and terrains very common to crack and cause a leak. Robs you of power and is annoying. If yours is noisy inspect for cracks. If you see one time to replace you will not be disappointed. Half cost of big box store and if you are slightly handy you can install only hard part is the bottom bolts.
