These pens good for drawing

In general, ballpoint pens aren't appropriate for drawing. Anyway, I think AmazonBasics ballpoint pen has a very quality and can be use for that purpose too.

Are these pens refillable?

Actually they are. The tip unscrews and I have replaced the refill in one with a broad tip refill which I prefer.

Are the inks colored or just the pens?

The inks are the same color as the pens.

How do these compare to the Papermate Inkjoy gel pens?

Injoy is a gel pen approx. 1.50 ea. Azn Basics is a std ballpoint. approx. .50 ea
