On first delivery the chain bar was missing, then contacted the seller(VE ECOM ) and got a very good response from them and they resolved it. Finally we got a perfect machine

Good product , cost must be reduced, service should be available.
Product is good but cost wise it is more.this rating of chainsaw of other brands is available at 7500rs but i bought this for 16000rs.Service and spares will be available at cities only
