Customers please help
Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong or is this a defect? The camera doesn’t fit for me, but when I look at other reviews it seems to fit for them with no extra attachments. I looked through every piece and couldn’t find any combination to make the camera fit.There are no instructions and contacting the seller only redirects to Amazon customer service, and they can’t help troubleshoot. I can’t include a picture in the questions area. Google search results for this brand only yields sketchy, unhelpful promotional videos made with AI and zero instructions. So my only option is to ask via a review.Can someone please upload a review or video to help the rest of us understand how to use this microscope?!?!?

Too many things don't work.
This microscope comes with very scanty instructions obviously written by someone without a good grasp of English. The electronic hardware that is supposed to allow you to view the image on your laptop does not fit any of the eyepieces. The smart phone holder is also very awkward to use and does not work well. The biggest problem I had was that the prisms were not aligned properly so there is no real binocular viewing. The lenses seem very good and it comes with some nice prepared slides. If I had it to do over, I'd order a monocular microscope instead.

Don’t buy
So disappointing. We had ordered a microscope earlier in the week and it had its problems so we were trying to upgrade. The Woehrsh was of worse quality than one we were trying to replace . Apparently someone else had tried to use it. All the parts were not included, instructions were very unclear to non existent and the microscope had dents and scratches that would affect its function.

Difficult to understand how to use for first time users.
Sturdy microscope but the directions are VERY limited and took a while to figure it out. YouTube wasn’t very helpful for this model either. Once we got it to work my students were thrilled, they wanted to see the whole world under the microscope and time flew.
