Great bulb... BUT... I bought one of the last original bulbs, so I don't know how well the new one works. I heard it's fine. The bulb I have, I really like and my bird loves it. Good, strong blue light.

Work well
These bulbs work as described. I have 3bulbs for an overhead fixture in my bird room. I've has them for a few months so I don't know how long they'll last but the price was good, they arrived quickly and the birds seem to enjoy the UVB light. Thinking of getting three more for another overhead fixture.

Moonlight Bulb cured Night Frights
Works great my budgies are doing well with a night light, no more night fright . The price was a bit high, but it should last a long time.

Great for Parrots At Night
This is a great way to make sure that your parrot is able to regain it's perch at night if it is startled. It does produce a weak blue light not unlike moonlight.
