Easy System Nonstick Omelette Pan, 8", Black

Nice pan! I had one similar from years ago, from the same maker and it still has the same great quality. No warping , easy to use-not too heavy not too light. Great cooking capacity for sautéing. Very scratch resistant and so far I've not had food that stuck.

This replaced my T-Fal pan of the same size which was showing its age. I wanted a pan which was non-stick, without harmful coatings. I purchased a Caraway pan, but returned it before even using it because of so many negative reviews about food sticking, etc. I decided to try this pan and can say I am impressed with the slightly heavier weight and its non-stick quality. This pan should be hand washed, but it's not a big deal. After cooling off, a sponge and squirt of Dawn cleans it up in a minute. This minor inconvenience is a small price to pay for such a good pan.

Nice quality pan. I have the larger skillet but needed something smaller for some meals. It heats evenly and is a dream to clean. I’m very careful to use the correct utensils in my nonstick pans, to make them last.

This is a decent pan. So far I’ve made omelettes, fried, and scrambled eggs with absolutely no sticking. Easy to clean (of course - no sticking). Insulated handle enhances safe handling. My only complaint: on the new pan tag, there were two price stickers. The top one was Amazon (UPC, no price). The bottom one was for “8” omelette pan. Ross. $14.95.” Quite a difference from the $40+ that I paid Amazon. Amazon may want to police their tags better, lol.

We have used Calphalon for years. These pans are outstanding. We had one that failed a couple years back and Calphalon replaced it free. This pan is a replacement for one that was getting a little rough on the inside but I didn’t bother to ask Calphalon to replace it. I did. But it doesn’t matter, I’ve gotten my money out of these pans many times over compared expensive ones my daughter bought. She paid three times as much as we did for Calphalon pans. Hers all look terrible. As far as I’m concerned, Calphalon is the way to go.

They aren't as great as the original. I find the bottoms don't sit flat on burner.

The best feature is that it heats up quickly and evenly without a high flame. You can cook an omelet or eggs very quickly. And very easy to clean.

It’s the best. I being having this kind for so many years.
