Love this Knife. Not only is is sharp, its lightweight yet sturdy, easy to clean, hasn't stained or taken on scents of things I cut. Its really comfortable to hold & handle, making cutting more difficult products (cabbage, squash, BBQ beef ribs) easy. I appreciate that it comes with it own sleeve, which helps keep it sharp.

This Knife is excellent and is beyond my expectation. We are using everyday now for cutting Fruits,Veggies and salad leaves... works great!!! It is light weight and easy to handle

Quite disappointed with the sharpness, was actually looking forward to cutting my tomatoes, it was difficult to cut thought the skin, my steel knife did much better.

This is the best knife in my kitchen. It is light, extremely sharp, and has good balance so it is comfortable to use. I don't like the rounded tip though. I get why it is like that but, I prefer a sharp point for cutting into vegetables.

I bought the knife because of its size and because I love all of my several ceramic knives. I have enjoyed the function and ease of use of this knife and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality knife.

I am really liking this ceramic knife- not too big (easy to hold) and not too small (easily shreds a head of lettuce). I'm glad I bought it; I've been needing a knife like this for a long time, and you can't beat this one for value. Thanks!
