Huge help for first time sushi makers.
This book was wonderful. Definitely worth the money. My husband and daughter love sushi, so I got this as a gift for him for his birthday. The book is very detailed and it gives you step-by-step instructions that are easy to follow and the end product comes out wonderfully. We have no idea how to make sushi, and this book was very helpful. We had no trouble putting together delicious sushi thanks to this book.

Excellant how to do manual for sushi. Very good indeed. My first attempt was rubbish, but I'm sticking at it, and will follow the instructions next time, after I have redecorated the kitchen.
