I bought this particular one because it makes 6 ice balls at a time and the best part is you get two molds! Most others only make 4...and this seller has the best customer service I ever encountered. I got an email to make sure I had received it and was told to contact them if I needed anything. I made my first batch and the tops were flat. I knew that that meant I didn't add enough water, but I couldn't figure out how to fix it, the FAQ didn't cover this. I emailed the seller and the company owner directed me to a video how-to on You tube. After watching it I saw exactly what I was doing wrong. I have since made a few batches and they all came out perfect! The silicone tray is so easy to twist to get the ice balls out, filling it (now that I know what the trick is) is a breeze. I am so happy I chose this product,and it has a lifetime replacement guarantee! The owner couldn't have been more helpful and nice. I will certainly be buying from this seller again.

Got this as an early Christmas gift and the kids and I have had tons of fun with it!Extremely easy to use, and it makes a great ice ball that really looks like a real golf ball.The trays are really solidly made and look like they'll last a good, long time. It's easy to use as well. You just fill it up, press on the lid and stick it in the freezer. No mess... just the coolest ice you'll ever find! The kids have made some popsicles with it, and it works great with that as well.I've got several golfers on my Christmas list that I'm getting these for as well. Definitely recommend this cool ice tray for the golfer on your list!

they are very easy to use once you figure out the right level of water (about 1/2 up the inside wall) and gently put top on and slide into freezer without tipping. I make a bunch and drop in ziplock bags, so these 2 trays are perfect. They don't "pop" out like plastic trays; mostly they push out or peel out. They are more convenient than metal trays (which I cut my finger on--blood ice, ick) and the plastic trays started chipping off into the ice, but silicone molds don't do either of those things. I am very glad I purchased these!

I would go with five stars for the novelty. Dropped it down to three because of the less-than-easy filling capability of the molds. Also, the white one seems to seal well, but the red one won't, and I usually end up with one or two good ice balls and four or five that are half, with the seepage frozen and hooking them all together.

I bought these hoping that the size of the ice would fit into my Glencairn glasses. Unfortunately, it is slightly too big to fit. You would have to melt them down a little to make them fit. So instead, I just put them into a larger glass and it works fine. It seemed the ice melted slowly, but then again, I did put cold liquid into the glass as well. Not sure how fast it would melt if I put something room temperature in. Haven't tried that yet. Overall, good product, I just wish the balls were ever so slightly smaller to fit into my Glencairn glasses. Then they would be the absolutely perfect ice balls for me!

Fun and funny. We enjoy these ice cube trays. It takes a bit to figure out how to fill them up all the way , but they work well. Thisck silicon type tray - not brittle plastic. My husband want me to order more!! We are not really golf fans - but like the shape and realistic golf ball indentations.

This product arrived as described; we watched the video on filling them and removing them (not great, but it got the point across). Things are working well and we like the size a lot--not gigantic like others we looked at. Good delivery time.

Wow, arrived much sooner than expected. Great product, removing the ice balls is extremely easy.My last set of ice ball maker was a heavy plastic,not nice and into many pieces after one drop.Well definitely buy another set
