Great sound, great support
This is a mixed review of an overall very good product. I don't know how they will stand up to use, but I'm going to keep them and find out. First the good: The sound quality of these earbuds is excellent. If you think differently you aren't fitting them in your ears properly. This style of earbud is meant to make an airtight seal in your ear canal. If you can hear outside sound AT ALL, you are doing it wrong, and the sound will be tinny and muted. I promise if you get a good seal you will get good sound. I have audiophile ears. I can nitpick: there is a very faint, very high frequency noise, but it's unlikely anyone will notice that unless they listen for it or use a frequency analyser. There is a tiny bit of muddiness on some of the low frequency sounds, but again, I doubt anyone would notice. To my ear the bass is a bit overdriven from the recordings, but it's closer to what people want to hear, so I understand why the sound is balanced that way. Over all the sound quality is excellent. They are sharp and clear and beautifully reproduce my reference recordings with good dynamic range and accurate reproduction, other than the overdriven bass. I have paid far more for gear that didn't image sound this well. I've used earbuds for decades -- I <3 my Etymotics. But wires- feh. I've been hoping they would find their way to a wireless solution, and have given up. My Ety's still have slightly better sound clarity-- just a bit sharper, no high frequency hiss, properly leveled bass-- but for 4x the price I would hope they would be better! Also excellent is the customer service from Panomi. I have hard to fit ears, which is what sent me off looking for off-brand earbuds. Airpods are a joke. I've tried several other brands that belonged to friends and they fall right out of my ears. Frankly, the deciding factor for me with these were the reviews that mentioned the company sending out a variety of ear tips for folks who couldn't get a good fit with the standard tips. True to the reviews, when I had a hard time with fit and reached out they immediately sent me replacements. I had them in less than a week, and they solved the fit problem. They are far more comfortable than I had anticipated wireless earbuds would be. They stay put and I don't notice the bulk or weight at all. Now the mixed: There are occasional bluetooth dropouts, but I haven't found them problematic. if I sit still with nothing but air between my phone and the buds they do fine. If there's something dense between the phone and the buds, it gets a little glitchy. This is endemic to the current state of bluetooth tech, though, so I don't fault the device. The case doesn't fully close with the replacement eartips in. I have a hair elastic around it to hold it closed, and that doesn't the job. Without it, the buds don't charge, and the case would open and dump them out in my purse. Since they aren't the tips that were designed for the case, though, I don't fault the mfg for that. Overall, I recommend this product. If I have problems with them I will update.

CALL QUALITY
So these sound just like regular headphones. I actually own Bose Soundsport wireless headphones to compare these to. They can actually get much louder than the Bose, but can't match the bass but really not bad at all for the price. They pair so nicely with my phone, instantly and are very reliable and stay charged all day. The case is great. Can't say enough good about these for the price. I would honestly buy these over bose headphones in the future too because my bose have just fallen apart over the last year and im confident that these headphones will stay in good condition. Now the reason the title of my review is CALL QUALITY is because everyone has been docking many stars for the quality of phone calls because the microphones are located on the buds themselves so they aren't catching your voice well. So that IS true, if you try using them for a phone call with both buds in your ears the person on the phone with you will not hear a word of what you're saying. So you have to take one of your buds out and hold it closer to your mouth. I WOULD dock a star or two for that but realistically what bluetooth 5.0 headphones on the market right now that have this kind of quality of life features such as the portable battery case and instant hassle free pairing, with the ability to use your headphones individually are out there? You tell me, because I don't think it exists in this price range. I'm quite happy to take 1 bud out for a phone call (Trust me, these can be LOUD if you want them to be, so 1 is fine), and just aiming it to your mouth? You can still hands free it if you set the bud down in front of you so your voice still aims at the microphone. Hope this review helps, and if you were apprehensive about the call quality for any reason, this was most definitely the reason they were complaining in their reviews, and maybe they cared a lot about having to hold one of their buds out or maybe they just never thought to do what I'm talking about. The call quality is crystal clear and great when you do this.

Does what it's supposed to do
I really like these earbuds. They fit well in my ears and they have great sound quality. I use them mainly for music but I have also taken phone calls on them and it works great - whenever I use them the person I'm speaking with always says they can't tell I'm not using my phone like usual and I can hear the other person well, too. I don't have to speak at a louder volume to be heard well, either. I wear them mainly at work to listen to music so I wish the charge would last longer, but it does last for about 3 or 4 hours like it said so I can't be mad about it since it was something I hadn't thought about when buying. Noise cancellation isn't superb, like walking down the street you can still hear everything, but I work in an office where people are on the phones and talking most of the time, and I found it cancels out normal conversation pretty well. The only thing that is a bit annoying is you can tap on the earbuds to pause the music or turn them off, which is convenient, but it is a bit finicky and it's difficult sometimes to hit in the right spot to stop the connection. It can be touchy, too, so if I take one earbud off and touch it the wrong way it pauses the other earbud. I haven't used them running yet but walking with them outside it did skip a bit -- I don't know if that's my phone or the wind or the earbuds, but something to keep in mind. I also wish that I could double tap them or something to skip to the next song -- not necessarily a deal breaker but just something I would want in the future. Overall I recommend them -- they work well and do what they're supposed to do. I got the white and they're really cute, doesn't look big, and sounds great.
