Wood broke after a year of use.
It’s been about a year since purchase. This case gets consistent use for weekly gigs. Just last week I noticed the top piece of the rack was broken from the front to back of the rack. Still holding shape for now since the wood is covered by the rack material. Not sure if it’s cheap wood or a failed joint. It’s a good rack space but the wood used may not be the most durable in the long term. Otherwise the bag, straps and zippers are all still functional and ok.

Good quality. Reasonably sturdy. Only downside is rails too close to front of bag.
Good looking bag! Reasonable weight - not super light, but not super heavy. Appears to be about as sturdy as I expected for the price with decent quality nylon. I really like the little zippered compartment on the front to hold extra patch cables and wireless transmitters/body packs. I have no complaints...this is a good value for the money. Very basic so if you need more features, maybe higher priced bags have the things this one could use - - 4 suggested improvements: 1). Set the rails back just a little bit farther from the front of the bag. I am using this for live performance with Shure BLX4R wireless receiver, a Shure PSM 200 In-Ear system, a Behringer MX882 V2 Ultralink Pro mic/line mixer/splitter, and a Furman power conditioner with pull-out lights, and the rails are set so close to the front that I'm going to have to move them back slightly so the knobs on the PSM and the screen on the BLX4r don't get damaged in the event this is bumped from the front during transport or something is stacked on top of it while standing upright. 2). Could use little more padding at the front of the bag with the rails set this close to front. 3). Add three more zippered compartments on the top and sides for cables & accessories. Why not?! A padded compartment for a wireless mic would be a nice touch. 4). Add some rubber strips to the bottom and the back zippered compartment to protect the nylon. Would help for the unit to grip the top of my guitar amp when tilted back slightly on the stand & protect the nylon when the unit is all closed up and setting on the ground at various times during transport. Again, it appears to be a great value for the money, these are just some features this item doesn't have so go for a higher priced bag if you need these features. Edit 05/28/2020 - I ended up unscrewing the rails and setting them back far enough that the antennas and the front knobs on the gear don’t get damaged in transport. Easy to unscrew and acre back in. In an ATA flight case with a cover it’s ok to have the rails sit right up front since the cover will protect them, but in a gig bag they need to be set back a bit so knobs and such don’t get damaged from outside bumps and things that get piled on during transport. This is GREAT for local gigs where the artist transports their own gear, but won’t work well for a touring artist where the bag can get tossed in and out of a bus or a plane. Again a great value for the money for a non-touring artist.

Fills a need I didn't know I had
This isn't a rack, and it's not a bag either. It's not a back, nor a rag... It's something else entirely. I was building a preamp rack, with a power conditioner (1u) ART preamp (2u) and a a Lexicon reverb (1u) to use as an acoustic guitar amp, and I really didn't want a full flight case rack. I came across this, and I was very skeptical at the price point. When it got here, I instantly knew I made the right decision. It PERFECTLY suits this application. I'm going to be buying at least two more, because they are just a fantastic solution for a light use gigging musician like me. Now, they aren't COMPLETELY perfect, but every bit of function is 100 percent as expected. Any gripes I have are just fit and finish things. The rigid frame is much stronger than I anticipated, but the cloth covering needed extra staples to ensure it didn't flop around just by the end of an XLR sliding out of it. The zippers would be INCREDIBLE if the front and back came completely off, but for now they fold open nicely. There is an awesome pouch in the front zipdown opening, for cables and errata. The padding around the rigid frame seems well up to the task, while not being too soft for stacking. Absolutely well done Rockville. Cant wait to get a few more.

Works great, seems sturdy
Being able to stow it with all the cables stowed up and only having to worry about external connections is nice. I wouldn't put it in a plane, but it seems perfectly suited to lugging things around yourself.

Good Design, terrible quality control )
Almost perfect, actually in-unable without some fabrication ): This product seems like it could be perfect for my setup, size weight & descent price. I received the package quickly, and was initially excited. Unfortunately the rack mounts were (both) assembled incorrectly. Neither one was square to the case, nor were they perpendicular. It was fine to mount one unit, but could not mount 3 (nor 4) as the units would scrape against each other ): still maybe fixable if I wanted to spend a couple hours to fix it. I bought it assuming I could install in 10 minutes & fly tomorrow. Totally ruined the plan /: It’s really only wood screws put in wrong, which could be easy enough to undo, except the existing incorrect holes would prevent a good screw right beside it. I might order another one to see if I was unlucky to get lazy fabricator. If the next one is good, I will update the review. The bag was in great condition, the removable wood case w/ felt glued around it seemed sturdy, the misaligned rails makes in UN-USABLE as is

Great item!!! 👍
Love this bag it will keep my equipment safe while I travel with my equipment. Some screws were very hard to screw in but I made it happen with a Drill

Long term falling apart
I am a working musician who has been using this bag for a soundcraft UI16 for about 2 years. Cons: all zippers broke, shoulder strap broke. The fit is good and is made of sturdy material. Overall be gentle with it especially if your're a working musician.
