Comfortable?
This is the second pair of stirrups I have brought, the last pair snapped after about five years. Just wish they would make them in a larger size for my husband.

Very comfortable stirrups
The carpet slippers of stirrups! These are a game changer for me. Comfortable, flexible and grippy on your feet: no more aching ankles when I ride. Be aware that they are quite heavy, however: heavier than a standard stainless steel iron, so not for you if you need a light weight stirrup, but they are so comfortable in use that the weight isn’t noticeable. Highly recommended.

Good shock absorption
If you have any stiffness in your hips, knees or ankles, these will help. Even if you don’t they will give you a lovely cushioned feel. If I ride with standard stirrups now I feel the difference.The only downside is that they are a little heavier than some stirrups but if you’re not near your horse’s weight carrying capacity it isn’t a problem!

Work as described
The first time in a few years that I have been able to ride my horse comfortably, and still have no hip, knee and ankle pain the following day, these stirrups are great.
