Works perfectly
Hansgrohe handhelds have a universal fit, so it was easy to remove my old one and screw on this one. I liked this model because it has a setting called "shampoo" which gives a lot of pressure.

Great showerhead!
Love the shower head. It turns low water pressure into very nice water pressure. Don't know how, but I love it. It's also very attractive. I would have given it 5 stars, but the little holder piece, can't remember the name of it - had to purchase separately and not cheap either - it broke after just one week. It was very stiff and one day I tried to adjust it downward and one half of it snapped off in my hand. I had to rubber-band the shower head in place until the new one came in. So rather disappointing that such an expensive item broke so easily. I will say the new one does seem to be more flexible and moves more easily.But really do love the shower head, works great, lots of pressure, lots of water coverage and very attractive.

An attractive handheld shower with excellent spray pressure
I am really impressed with the primary spray pattern and pressure of this handheld shower. My previous unit from Grohe worked well, but it seemed to lack pressure making soap removal less efficient. This Hansgrohe Croma has strong streams from the spray jets that make soap removal effortless, and provide a soothing feeling on the skin. I enjoy taking a shower much more with this shower head. Aside from functioning effectively, it is made of quality materials, is comfortable to hold and has an excellent finish. I highly recommend this handheld shower.

Good, but not worth the price.
Pros: good flowCons: plastic, cheap feel. Not relative to price. You can find similar feeling items for 40% cheaper at your local targ e t or hardware store

Oh Ya!
After looking around a long time, I finally found the shower that suits me. I like a shower that feels like it has a lot of water and has a wide area of coverage. I don't like pin needles of water jets striking me at a thousand miles an hour! This shower is gentle, and has a lot of volume. It feels like a warm waterfall when you are under it. There are three settings, the normal wide shower setting, and the other two work good as well. There are no leaks. It feels quality, has a very nice chrome finish, and is not too heavy to maneuver at all. You'll notice that the shower handle is pretty much straight, so you'll need to get a wall mount that points it down. There are several I looked at and decided on the Chrome Handheld Showerhead Wall Bracket by Huntington Brass here on Amazon. Really, its the best hand held shower head I have used; It's totally hotel quality and an awesome upgrade for any home or apartment.***** Update 5/10/2013 ******I just purchased another one because I moved from my Rental to a house that I purchased and left the original one. Again, this is the best shower head on earth!

Simply the best!
Sure, it's expensive once you add in the hardware (another $21 for the shower arm mount plus $27 for the hose, both here on Amazon) but sooo worth it. This is by far the best handheld shower head I have ever owned. Just three settings, but do you really need more? All three are phenomenal, whether you hold it in hand or have it stationed in the mount. The rain shower really DOES feel like a warm rain shower (with a bit more 'oomph" of course) and it makes me not want to get out of the shower!I have this shower head in chrome and it's also aesthetically quite beautiful. Love it!

really like this showerhead
I've had this for two years and it's still working really well It's difficult to buy a showerhead online because you never know if it'll have a pattern or water pressure that you want. But I like this one.The default spray setting is nice, has good spread, pretty good pressure. We usually use it that way. There is also a conical setting where the water sprays from three little nozzle patterns in the center of the head and creates a cone. We've got this showerhead mounted fairly high, and this way the conical setting is awesome. It has great pressure, and a nice wide pattern. The third setting is basically massage setting that we usually don't use.Yes, you need to buy a separate mount and hose, I bought these and am very happy: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0093WB92Y/, http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001QGF840. Don't forget teflon tape.Yes, it's a bit expensive with the other items. But having a nice shower is worth it.
