I usually order Ashley Black products straight from their website, buy amazon is so easy to just get things coming! The product arrived with out the tool but with the face cleansers... AMAZON was the best and contacted the Ashely Black people and they got right with me and sent me my replacement!!! This is my third one I have given two away because the health benefits are so life changing for me! I use this on my whole face following all the YouTube video but concentrate on my jaw muscle where I have had intense TMJ problems for years! This product with some time and some care has absolutely changed my jaw clinching! I used to be so worried that my teeth would just be continually deteriorated... this product has helped me tremendously! It’s all about the fascia combined with clean good flow!

Absolutely love the new face blaster along with the cleanser and oil! The size is small so I can easily hold it in my hand! I have arthritis in my hands and feet so the small claws work perfect for those areas.

I thought the blaster was great but I still prefer my own face products over the oil in this set -- it felt sticky.

I wanted this product to improve my life so much! I didn't, however. As a matter of fact, within a month of using it, my skin has started to drape drastically around the mouth and around the eyes. I'm shocked by how quickly things have gone south since adding this innocent-looking device to my beauty routine. :( I hope my skin/face can recover!!

My wife swears by this evil self torture kit, looks painful but she says its not and she can feel her skin is getting tighter around her face and neck. ! She would recommend this to anyone... me?? not so much.... lol..

Was a gift for my wife. She has the giant version of that midevil torture device and swears by it. She absolutely loves this thing and recommends it to everyone she knows.

Only used 5 times and broke NEVER DROPPRD JUST FELL OFF WHILE RUBBING MY FACE VERY😡i have been blasting with other product of Ashleys for years and never had this problem its a lot of money i pray they replace item! It was Christmas present from husband!
