Good Bye Aluminum Foil!
This silicone baking mat really appeals to my "green" side. I'd hate to know how many pounds of foil I've tossed out over the years!The mat is a great shape and size, stores easily and washes up in a jiffy.Great product, once again from Maui Maid Teriyaki.

Another Great Maui Maid product
This seller offers the best stuff!! I ordered these mats over the weekend, they arrived yesterday and I immediately put them to use.I love them - not only did I bake with them, I put one in my coffee center. I will probably order a couple more to use under my pets' food & water dishes. They work great, are easy to clean, and don't take up a lot of storage room. Plus they'll pay for themselves by eliminating the expense of parchment & foil, and nothing goes into the trash or the washer. Wish I'd bought them before!

I love this thing! It arrived super fast... Like next day status! Just made some cookies on it and I love that I don't have to waste parchment paper or foil paper! It doesn't need to be sprayed so the cookies don't stick either. This thing is seriously a godsend. I can't wait to make coconut macaroons on this bad boy! My only downfall was none of my current cookie sheets weren't big enough for the mat (they're cheap-o's) so I had to go buy a bigger and much sturdier sheet pan. No big deal because now I have my awesome baking mat to use on it! I also love the larger size as I can make more than 6-8 cookies at a time! This would be an awesome gift, especially for the baker in your family. Oh did I mention how clean up is a breeze? Yeah. In love with this mat!

Excellent baking mat!
I absolutely LOVE this baking mat. My cookies will never be the same.... In a good way that is :)My cookies always came out with burnt bottoms no matter what I tried. I tried lower oven temperature, different cookie sheets, different recipes, regular foil, heavy duty foil, but the bottoms always came out burnt.Now with this baking sheet they cook evenly, and NEVER HAVE BURNT BOTTOMS! My kids are VERY happy.Not only does this cook evenly, but the cleanup is GREAT. It washes very easily with reg dish soap and water.Not only are my cookies better, and kids happier, but my pocket is fuller too because I don't need to buy as much silver foil to line my pans. All I need is this baking mat.

Good Value
We use this for re-heating pizza, chicken, and other leftovers in the oven. It is a good value. You can use it about 100 times before it starts to stain and then you have to buy a new one. Easy to clean, although it does become a bit greasy/slimy after a while. Much better than using cookie sheets that you have to scrub clean. This item wipes right off under the tap.
