Excellent service and product!
The package came well packed. I had a hard time to figure how to assemble screws into the machine due to no manual or instruction. However, i contacted them directly, and they patiently guide me thru.I complimented on Amazon customer service as well on solving problems of my previous order beyond this purchase.

when i got the machine the machine looks different from the picture, it is another egg-puff machine model. totally misleading product
