Great absorption but wrong pattern sent
I would’ve given it 5 stars but they disappointed me by sending me the wrong pattern/color. Ordered white and got slate. I decided to keep it as I waited it for long and needed something asap.Great absorption and pattern. Wish I got it in the color I ordered it in.

Grey color gets dirty(brown) quickly
I got the grey color, it gets dirty(brown color) very quickly. Youve to clean it very often for it to not look dirty. Absorbs well, doesn't slip very easily.

Regarding customer service, my experience was excellent. There was an unfortunate situation with the delivery company that caused a break in the tracking updates and ultimately an undelivered package. I worked with customer service, and another product was espediately sent with a different delivery company. There were many messages back and forth with extremely fast responses and friendly, reassuring information as to what was being done to correct the problem. I would definitely order again from Sutera.

I bought a grey one and a white one.
I bought two, a white and a grey one, and I like them a lot. They work great, but the for me the grey is better. It looks cool, and it doesn't show stains like the white one.

Love it
I learned about this product from an influencer I follow in the US and it’s exactly how she described it. It slick, looks really nice in the bathroom, perfect size AND most importantly it dries super quickly and non slip.I prefer it much better than any other cloth based bathroom mats which lose their color after a while, hold in moist and aren’t easy to clean. I highly recommend this product.
