Review: Great out of the box then we used it #Second Update - chair is garbage IMO - Love'd it...comfortable easy, came packaged well, even with gloves to keep finger prints off it for assembly......been great for the last month and half, then POP! Welds broke that hold the seat base to the internal seat frame. I'm not that big of a guy - 6'3", 235 so not small, but not over-sized. It broke when I leaned back in it..probably for the first time. Seller or desertcart, please replace seat base for me! I have to give it one star as I fell back on the floor when it broke and smacked my head on the floor. **UPDATE** Killabee customer service was nice to work with, but the replacement seat base from them took weeks with no ETA. I called desertcart customer service as I had no where to sit, explained the situation and they just exchanged the entire chair in a few days. I deconstructed the defective seat base, and the welds appeared to be too hot for the steel- creating metal fatigue at the cross beam support bar and a brittle situation. See for yourself. I have a working chair - but I never know if someday it will break again. I have updated the star rating from 1 to 2, as I do have a working chair.....for now. 1/25. Leaned back on chair, and pop. Same welds broke. This is a dangerous POS in my opinion. I rate this as DO NOT BUY and I am now out a few hundred dollars and have a broken chair again!! Check out the second video. Review: Not comfortable. - I'm sorry I have to write this review. I searched for 5 hours looking at reviews on 20+ chairs. I'm using this chair for work, not gaming. I work a lot of hrs and figured a gaming chair might be best since gamers play long hrs. It's made well, looks nice. Just kills my back, its not soft its hard. I tried to return it. I wasn't going to take it apart to fit it in the box after over an hour of putting it together. Seems like a lot of work to return something. So, now I have a chair that gives me back pain.

Comfortable but came with broken arm rest. Revised with 5 star for Customer service and comfort
Chair is nice but right arm rest will not lock and moves around. Itโs broke. The left works good. Hopefully the manufacturer will see this and send me a new part. Manufacture sent out replacement part super fast and we got it fixed. Since then my sons have used them for gaming and love them. Great chair and great support from manufacture.

Very good chair for a tall guy for the money
So far, I really like this chair. I'm 6'2" about 200 pounds and the fit is great. Good padding without being too squishy and very adjustable. This is a nice upgrade over my old cloth office chair. Rated 4 stars instead of 5 because putting the back and the bottom of the chair together is a pain. Hard to find the threaded inserts in the back once the bottom is attached. The other minor complaint is that the chair won't go quite as low as I would like. I sit at a computer desk with a pullout keyboard tray and my legs just barely fit under the tray. Wish it would go down another inch or two.

Not a lot of comfort
For the price, not really that comfortable. It's big and it's doable, but it's not all that comfortable.

Disapointment from the unboxing
Received chair before Christmas, when I put chair together noticed left arm was not working correctly. Contacted Killabee and had it replaced figured no big deal. In less then 3 weeks a welded part has completely come part at the welds the seat part of the chair has come loose and would have to be replaced as well. I am sending chair back for full refund. Cheap craftmanship is all I can say. Not willing to ask for more replacement parts and for 260.00 chair should not have these type of problems.

Wonderful chair(Update)
This chair sits higher than my other chairs, but that's not a bad thing. I'm 6'2" so when I get out of the chair, there's less strain on my knees. The chair is a bit firmer than I anticipated but it's not so firm that it's uncomfortable. It's nice to be able to lean back and put the back of the chair at a comfortable angle. My previous chairs were "either or" Either lean the back of the chair back -or- be able to lean the whole chair back. The only cons I have are the arms aren't marked L or R and the included lumbar pillow makes me feel like I'm only halfway in the chair. Over all, this is a very good chair. It's well built, feels heavy duty while staying comfortable. I waver around 280lbs and previous chairs I've had that were rated for my weight range didn't hold up which is why I got the 440lb chair. I believe this chair will last me a long time. **Update** After 18 months of owning this chair, it's not living up to expectations. I'm not near the 400+lb rating for this chair and it's not holding up. The back is failing which is making me need to get cushions to sit behind me to prop myself up. The cushioning in the seat has broken down and I need to put cushions on the seat otherwise I get sharp pains going down my legs from the frame pressing into my legs. If you're looking for a long lasting chair, I suggest a straight back office chair from Serta. Their Big and Tall chairs do last. Bought one and used it a couple years then gave it to my roommate and he's been using it for 2 more years and it's going strong.

not durable
comfortable chair for gaming in the beginning but lasted two months - gift given to older son who is not big and the bottom mounting broke after two months. A lot of money for little value. emails are not returned even when asking to pay for a new seat myself - terrible customer service
