You don't need more than a pea size helping of this. Your hair remain in shape and since it's made of natural ingredients it's good for your hair. I use it everyday and I shampoo every 2nd day. It doesn't smell either. Obviously, if you apply a larger quantity then it will add more shine. So, suit yourself. One person using it daily will easily last for 6 to 8 months, minimum.

Do not use this as a mask
Think twice before applying this as a mask,because its very very difficult to get rid of the mask with just shampoo as this mask contains petroleum.I could not keep count of how many times I washed my hair to get rid of the stickiness.
