Lacks rigidity
It is an OK product, the main problem lack of rigidity. It is very sensitive to touch. Say, I set everything up to record the video, lightly touch the screen to start recording, and even from this light touch the whole setup starts to oscillate, making video slightly blurry. Otherwise, it is well made and easy to use.

Truly the key to destroying your phone
Doesn’t grip my cellphone or hold on to it. My phone dropped almost every time I used it unless I’m not using lolFor the price I guess it’s perfect lolCould’ve been crafted way betterShould’ve purchased a more reliable holderDisappointed. My iPhone shattered while filming. I wouldn’t recommend. I’d suggest using the tripod holder. Thank God I’m able to get my money back. Lesson learned

Easy to install
I like that the fixture to a desk or headboard is metal and not plastic like the others that easily break. The only downfall is the fixture that holds the phone presses buttons on the sides of your phone.
