Be patient. I changed the screen on my SE myself. Be very patient and expect it to take about 30 minutes.Once installed, it works perfectly. No issues.

Absolutely horrible product. The screen is awful quality, had a damage mark on the front next to the home button, large silver dot, but was not exposed until after I replaced screen and removed plastic protector. I see little flashes of light across the screen sometimes when I type, and certain letters don’t work almost at all, will never use this vendor again.

It works just fine, but I didn't like the tools that came with it... Had to use my own.

It came with everything I needed

Purchased this item and while the plastic tools were flimsy, the screwdrivers held up great. However, after installing the new screen and using the phone for a few hours the screen suddenly went black. The phone was still on (it maintained bluetooth connectivity) but the screen had no image. I tried reconnecting the cables and it didn't change anything so unfortunately I had to switch back to my old cracked screen

This product did not accommodate my iPhone 5 and I have take my phone to the Apple store to have it fix correctly!

it was missing a component to fully fit into my phone, had to return it.
