This is really going to last a long time.I don't know about 12 hours, I didn't pay attention, but they left all my friends in the fridge on the floor.Self-adhesive is a wonderful reward because my big-headed son doesn't like the tape around it, especially when it comes to headaches.Just say a few words about the problem and leave it alone.You'll be happier the first time you put it in the right place.Stripping to repositioning can only be done once or twice at most.If you can't guess from my lengthy review of this simple product, I fully recommend them.My fridge friends still have their place because I won't stick them to my eyes, but I'm going to use these patches to treat my headaches now.

I read that others used these to control their body heat on hot days. I bought them for a recent work trip down to Texas. I am very sensitive to the heat and sweat within minutes of being out in the humidity. The first day I was in Dallas and I had it on and did not sweat or overheat much. There was not much humidity there so that probably had more to do with it. The next day I was in San Antonio and it was much hotter and more humid and I was drenched in sweat within minutes so this did not really do much for that day. I have also used them for headaches and I enjoyed them, they gave me relief on days where I had ad migraines.

It does what it says. I get most of my headaches overnight, and placing the patch is easy and it doesn’t obstruct your movements, so you an go on sleeping normally. It takes about 5-10 minutes to start cooling down my forehead. They give you the option to place them in the fridge, what makes you feel some nice cold right from the beginning, but there’s not much of a difference really. Note that this is for mild migraines. When you get a tougher one, you need more cold than what this patch can give.

These are a wonderful little product. They are great for headaches, as well as sudden onset of a hot flash! They feel nice and cool without being too much and they are secure on your skin. Definitely recommend for both children and adults!

These wonderful patches are a lifesaver!! I can't recommend them enough. They immediately soothe the burning throb of my forehead and keep it cool for hoursThey are the only relief I have found. Pills don't work for me. This patch is by far the best.

I bought these for migraines and hot flashes. Sadly I have one on my forehead this very moment for a migraine. Unlike another brand I tried this patch has no odor!! I'm scent sensitive so having no odor is fantastic for me.

It felt cold on my forehead.It does relieve the pain of a fever.This medicine won't cure the headache, but it will work until your medicine works.Keep it in place.I think it feels good to exercise after a really hot summer.
