Omg, these are the best things ever for a finger injury. I basically sliced the side of my finger off cutting cucumber on a brand new slicer. There was blood everywhere and very painful. I went straight to the emergency room as it looked so bad. Anyways whilst I was there the nurse used a non adherent dressing to cover it and placed Adaptic Digit Finger Medium over the top. It was painful at first when rolling it down over the injury but it stayed in place. When I changed my dressing I just used an impregnated dressing on my finger with one of these and it healed up nicely. I did find that these are very expensive but they are so worth it. I would highly recommend buying these instead of the cheaper versions out there on the market. Plus these are what the hospitals use. Also when removing this place dressing under running cold water to gently slide off. This is what the hospital told me.

Excellent dressing, does not stick, stays on all day. I thought it was expensive so bought the cheaper version first, but after having been given a couple of the adaptic ones at the A&E, I quickly ordered a box of them. The cheaper ones stretch out quickly and don't have the non-stick protective net.

Probably bought this without too much thinking or research. Should have ordered one that’s can be used via ear to take temperature, but delivery dates end of May or early June, so decided on this. Can’t rate this as the battery was flat and I am now going to contact the seller to ask for a replacement battery. Extremely poor customer service not ensuring products are working before sending to customers. I cannot recommend this product and would advise anyone purchasing it to contact the seller to make sure the battery works! I have tested the battery and metre shows low power.

Expensive but fantastic in use

Chopped the top of my thumb off with a mandolin slicer!! These have a layer with parafin so they don’t stick and then 2 “socks” that go over the thumb. Then you add some tape to keep it in place. They are very neat and tidy and it’s very easy to exercise the thumb so you don’t get stiff. Would 100% buy these again. Best invention ever.

Pour les pansements de plaies aux doigts : produit extraordinaire pour faire une « poupée » mais il faut prendre un avis médical avant de l’utiliser pour écarter une lésion plus grave qu’une simple plaie de la peau seulement et savoir s’il faut des antibiotiques, des désinfectants ET UN VACCIN ANTITÉTANIQUE. Par contre le pansement ne colle pas la peau 👏🙌👏🙌👏🙌 et est très facile à mettre en place si on suit bien la notice. Pardonnez ce long discours d’un médecin généraliste retraité
