Awful taste with no evident effects
This is one of the worst things that I've ever consumed. It doesn't mix well and will stick to your mouth like cinnamon. I personally haven't noticed any skin health effects, if anything I've broken out more than usual since taking it. I assume it can't hurt to finish though.
