USD hardcover on EBAY, plus shipping, but only .74 cents for the same item on Amazon.Carluccio's Complete is not just a recipe book, but an encyclopedia of Italian and English terms, and descriptions of game, fish, fowl, meat, cheeses, vegetables, and other regional Italian specialties.I have this next to my Larousse Gastronomic, but it is referenced more. A real treasure !

It's perfect- just as expected. Visited Carluccio's while in Dubai and needed to relive some amazing meals.

I love Antonio carluccio he's been one of the most influential chefs to me and the content of the book is remarkable as expected but as for the book itself I opted for a very good condition and the book is destroyed ripped covers bent up pages folded absolutely ridiculous

Love Italian food and had fun learning about ingredients with this book.

Quite an old fashioned book by today's standards but a useful resource all the same. Just don't expect current designs. The recipés themselves are simple and authentic and a wealth of details about all things in the Italian kitchen.

I bought this as a replacement having given mine out on loan and it going bye bye.The lack of pretentiousness and simple instructions make for an easy to follow recipe book and the background & history help understand the BEST and most varied cuisine in the world.Antonio embodies everything good about Italian food.

this large book is a feast for the eyes as well as the stomach! each area of Italy is accompanied by recipes using produce indiginous to that region. there are even several pages describing wines of the areas. A total of 320 pages all for1p plus postage. Another triumph for World of Books!

Out of print but I found one second hand for a friend. It's still a great mini- encyclopedia of italian food with a good selection of classic recipes, ideal as a first purchase

My sister has this book and on reading through her copy one weekend, I really wanted my own copy. I purchased a very good pre-owned copy for 1p plus p&p. I can highly recommend this book as it contains the very basics of Italian cooking plus much more sophisticated recipes.
