The product delivered was damaged and had screws missing. It seems it has been opened before and it is a used product. This is absolutely unacceptable. I need immediate return and refund.

Life only upto the main warrenty period- 42 months
Backup became zero just after the main warrenty period. Overrated & overpriced, but performance only average. Will not buy 2nd time same exide product.

Not good option....... costly........ average life 5 year similar to imtt1500 which price is 13000rs......why pay 2500 rs extra .

Not a good battery
Purchsed from local dealer . After using 10 minutes I am not satisfied with this . It's give only 4 to run only 2 fans and 3 led bulb
