Works like powder, no smell
Works like a charm. I did have to look for equiv measures when substituting power with sheet, depending on bloom. Here's what I discovered, four gold sheets equal one packet of Knox power. I've used in my diplomat cream and in marshmallows, and no worries. I bloomed in cool water and added to my mixes, as I should. Good product; good price.
