Great practical book
For anyone wanting to reduce stress and live a calmer life right now this is outstanding. In plain English so it is easy to understand for any reader of almost any age group. I like that I have this book to read again and again if I loose sight of the simple messages that can transform your life. This is an area of life that we could all benefit from with the practice of simple exercises.

Short, but complete, and clear
This is a rather concise book on mindfulness, howvever it contains all the necessary background information and instructions for practice. Save your time and money, skipping 3 or 4 hundred page books about this subject. The writing of this book is also quite pleasant.

repetitive
I liked the way the author explains everything in simple terms, however I found much of what he said to be very repetitive. Will definitely practice the exercises though.
