For some reason it started only staying on for 10 seconds and then it shuts off. Did i do something or is it faulty?

It’s not faulty! I called NEBO and they explained that units are often shipped this way to prevent loss of juice. If you call them they’ll tell you how to disable that auto-off feature.

I took mine to the beach, after a torrential down poor, the next day the flashlight would no longer work. Is there a warranty ?

Any problems with the charging port?

I have two of these flashlights and have not any issues with either charging or the port. I carry a flashlight for work, I have lost the charging port cover,,,its rather cheesy and not secured well. I regularly clean the port to keep it free of debris. The cover is the only issue I've had , plenty of light and the magnetic base is a huge plus. I would strongly recommend this flashlight. Enjoy.
