This security camera is much smaller than I expected, about the palm size, which is good because it does not need a lot of space to install or place. I didn't use the screws and plate for wall mount, but put it on the top of the book shelf. The bottom is made of rubber and grips nicely. It has a very sleek design, two buttons, a USB charging port, a SD card slot, and that's it.The setup is pretty straightforward, it took a bit for me but not big problem. The SD card indicator says the notch is at top side, but it actually is bottom. The way the camera connects to wifi is very smart. The App on the phone generates a QR code for the camera to scan, which I believe contains the wifi information. And the camera produced a "bugu" sound (funny though...). And the rest of the pairing is done automatically. The real time video streamed on the phone is very clear, full of details. But bear in mind it is not as high resolution as you would shoot directly with your phone, I guess it is due to the data compression for the wireless streaming.The CloudEdge app got everything I need to use this camera, real time video, motion detection, people detection, and other information of the camera. I put it to face the front door and have been using it for a few days. Every time I enter the house, there is a push notification of a short clip send to me. I wish the camera can identify human face, so it can skip notification when the owner enters, but that probably cost another $100 to add the functionality. My router is three rooms away, and the camera still got 78% signal strength. The battery is 94% full and expected to last another 55 days, let's see how long it really lasts.So far a pleasant purchase, definitely suggest giving it a try.

Bought this little camera to get a quick, cheap look at the little critter(s) that moved into our attic before the exterminator arrives. Easy to set up, fun to use, spied on my wife with it (and got caught because of a blinking blue security light) then put it in place for the night. Five minutes later this thing pings me on my phone to share HD video of the culprit! 😲 Within three hours I’ve got enough video for a David Attenborough documentary. Now I want five more. Best investment I’ve ever made - and quickest ROI.Small, excellent battery life, great video, adjustable body detection sensitivity, two way audio, alerts, WiFi signal and battery life feedback, expandable (mine has a 64gb SD card), and so easy my kids can use it.Update: bought two more. Thinking of buying a third. Went on vacation for a week and staged these around the house to watch contractors enter and leave for a construction project. Barely a dent in battery life. Making these the cornerstone of my home security system. Just an awesome little camera! I have one in all the key spots. Move them as necessary.Update: I now have four (4). Haven’t invested in a real security system yet because these work so well! I just stick them around wherever I think I need an extra set of eyes or when we leave town. Thinking of giving these as Christmas gifts to my guy friends this year.

I absolutely LOVE this camera!!!! My horse was involved in a terrible accident. I needed the ability to check on him several times throughout the night without the stress of disturbing him. A security camera linked to my phone seemed perfect but it had to be wireless (with enough power to reach from the barn to the WiFi in the house) and 100% battery operated because I don’t have electricity in the barn. Following a bunch of vet bills, I also didn’t have a big budget to spend on it. This camera seemed perfect and wow, it has just surpassed all expectations. It’s small and compact, the quality is amazing, the signal is strong and battery life is great. I seriously check it probably close to 50 times a day (including hourly checks at night), and it still lasted 5 days before I had to charge it. I really could not be happier. I have posted it on Facebook and shared with friends. I’d love to save up for a few more for the house. Excellent and AFFORDABLE product!

Completely worth it bought and set outside under and awning to watch our front door works perfectly. Not to pricey and works on a battery it says it last 60 days but even if I had to charge every 30 days still worth the money

This was relatively easy to setup. Basically, open an account on the app, make sure your phone is on 2.4 ghz wifi channel, a QR code will display with the wifi information, the camera "looks at" the QR code, and done. Battery life is quite long; mine is still close to 100% after a few days, but I have the motion detection turned off since I don't need it. If motion is on, the battery life will be impacted. The picture quality is ok, it is 720p, but enough for what I need. Daytime images are pretty good, and night time infrared image are comparable to other cameras. I actually stuck the camera with velcro on top of a robot vacuum which I can control remotely. Works great! Overall a good experience so far.

The software is horrible and battery life is short. Picture quality is excellent. If the app is improved and the ability to store video in the cloud is added, then this would be a decent product.

Overall, the camera is adequate, however, it does has one major limitation. I positioned my camera facing the end of my front hallway. I want to capture images of my dogs during the day. What I discovered is, if the camera captures constant movement, the “live” function will not work on the app. Only the still shots captured by the motion detection will load. I learned this because my dogs lie in front of my door. The app will push out a message to the effect of “too much data.” Once my dogs move away from the hallway, the live shot loads on the app. So, it’s very frustrating when you want to see a live shot while you are away from home, but cannot. I am now going to search for another camera.
