I started taking these the moment they arrived (Oct 28). Excited and hopeful for these to aid during the process of trying to conceive.They are small, dark brown in color, and the residual in the mouth tastes awful.Then a few days after ovulation major cramping begun resulting in terrible PMS.The early onset of my period, the cramps, fatigue and irritability was something I have yet to experience since I was a teen (just turned 40).
