Q: what kilo is this 23 or30

If you mean how much it can take in the suitcase I had 22 kilo last time I traveled and it would have taken more. Hope this helps.

The height of this case is 82cm

Q: is it OK for united airlines, I think their max is 158cm in total, I make this 161cm, seems strange they would sell a case too big for major airline?

We’ve taken this abroad numerous times. As far as I’m aware, and I’m a seasoned traveller, Dimensions of luggage are only relevant for the cabin. Hold baggage is gauged by weight, if it’s actually ‘outsize’ luggage, as we had a painting once, it goes through a different process and pricing but is still allowed on the plane.
