A Year on a Pirate Ship (Time Goes By)

My grandsons have developed a serious interest in learning about and becoming pirates. The details in this book are amazing. It proved to be a great find

Christmas present for grandson...age 3....gonna love it!!!

My grandkids love finding specific pirates throughout the book. Wish it had 12 months instead of nine.

I gave this book to my 3 year old grandson. He loves it! When I visited him a few months after giving it to him his mother asked me to read his bedtime stories. He insisted on reading this book, as he has EVERY night since I gave it to him! He loves the story and looking for the items. Just loves it!

My kid really likes this book cuz it shows pirate ships and pirates throughout the book.

A real “plus” for our pirate learning sessions and quiet time reading at “Camp Memaw and Grandaddy a la Pirates” this past summer!

This book is interesting and funny to my 7 year old grandson. I liked that it was multicultural and included women pirates. The book served as a springboard of ideas to enrich pirate pretend play. We used it all summer to plan adventures.

Nothing - fun to read and lots of detail and color

Not as good as some of the others in this series. The pictures don’t seem quite as detailed or interesting.
