I made some homemade hotdogs with these. They were easy to use with the right horn on my stuffer but when cooked they were a little tough.

Probably good for beginners but does not make a traditional shape and is a bit difficult to make into links.

I make a lot of meat sticks with deer, pronghorn and elk. These work great and everybody things they are beef sticks. I can't make them fast enough. All the friends and family love them. Search for Jalepeno Cheddar sticks for a great recipe.
