Clover Soft Touch 5.5-mm Crochet Hooks, Size I (1009/I)

Very smooth, it glides like butter. It is about an inch shorter than the standard crochet hook and about a half of an inch shorter than the regular Clover hook with soft grip. Wasn't sure I would like the shorter but my stitches are more even and I have better control with tighter stitches when needed. Much easier when you have stitches that you are pushing and pulling to work and better tension control with this shorter crochet hook. Bottom line is it is quickly becoming one of my favorite hooks. Love the gold shaft, I tend to work with the dark yarn and this really pops against the yarn making it easier to find the correct position/stitch. I would recommend this anyone who is a novice to a crochet pro...top notch tool in my book!

Ordered this because it was the only one that would arrive overnight to finish a project and it is now my favorite hook. I'm seaming granny squares with a slightly splitty cotton yarn and this hook is a pleasure to work with.

Comfortable to hold in your hand with its ergonomic handle. Plus the yarn slides smoothly on and off the brushed metal hook. These are my favorite crochet hooks.

I can’t say enough of great things about Clover hooks. I have three different sizes and love everyone of them. They are durable but ergonomic. The yarn glides gracefully and snag resistant. The size is amazing and not bulky and uncomfortable in hand. I would love to see more sizes come on the market. I have a 4.0mm, 5.0mm, 6.0mm as well as plastic clover hook in transit. Highly recommend

Clover crochet hooks are the best! They keep my arthritis from hurting as I crochet. And Amazon packaged and nestled it in paper so I could see it in place in the box better. I am very happy with my purchase as I am most things I buy from Amazon. I started with Amazon 20+ years ago waiting anxiously for ebooks. I’ve enjoyed every day with them since I cannot travel to shop. I enjoy nearly everything I buy from them and I return almost nothing, maybe 2 packages a year usually less. I❤️ Amazon!!!

Seller delivered in timely manner. The Hook was in excellent condition and performed as described. But I was not satisfied with the design and the length of the hook itself. My hand felt awkward like it needed a little more substantial grip. My hand wanted to cramp trying to position the hook. The price was great and I've always heard I needed to try a Clover hook. Well, I have and it's just not for me.

Love the Clover Hooks. Feel so good in your favored crochet hand. They are very durable. When I crochet which is daily I reach for my Clover Hooks over the metal ones.

Clover products are generally good quality and this one is too.

Clover crochet hook is a best hooks, before i orderd 4 mm, 2.75 mm and just now 2.25 mm.All is best but price is too high and and takes time long.. delivered in time, before time but it’s take 2-3 weeks.
