Please tell me which is firmer, the blue or white, of your 36x6" foam rollers? I want a very firm one. Thanks.

My physical therapist said white ones are the softest then blue is more firm then purple even more firm then black is the hardest. He said too hard can bruise you. Your muscles and nerves need to get used to foam rolling. You can even cause nerve pain if you put too much weight on a foam roller and on a hard one.
