Would this pen work on school uniforms?

I would imagine so. I've used this on pyjamas and cushions. I think after a number of washes you might have to go over it again.

Does the Ink fade in sun light

We mainly use them for marking freezer goods and no problem at low temperatures. We have occasionally used them to write on garden plant labels and yes, some have started to fade as the season goes on. Overall though, these are the best markers we've found.

Will it come off when washed

I marked up my Mum's pyjamas (she's in a care home) with this pen. After 3 months it started to fade.
